each year the high school students make bowl. for a $10 donation you get to pick a bowl and get some soup and bread. the $ raised goes to help the homeless and hungry. far too many here in California. Some mornings i see them in the park, just waking up, and making a fire to warm themselves in the charcoal grills. the least i could do was help in this small way.
