Some days are better than others. That's a fact.

Some aspects of our personalities, bodies, minds, and abilities are too.

I heard Auggie Nieto, founder of the Life Cycle gym equipment, on TV today. The once strong and resilient man is now dying from ALS. He said something that I am going to keep with me today.

"Either you can celebrate what you can do, or you can mourn what you can't. It is up to you."
